Das geräumige Apartment verfügt über ein großes Zimmer (27qm) mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, Doppelbett (1,40m) und gemütlichem Sessel mit Beistelltisch. Das frisch sanierte Bad ist mit einer komfortablen ebenerdigen Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Im großzügigen Flur finden sich ein praktischer Einbauschrank sowie eine Garderobe mit Schuhschrank. Im abschließbaren Innenhof gibt es genügend Platz für Fahrräder. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil mit eigenem Stromanschluss.
Hei! We rent our lovely apartment. It is free from now on. This flat offers everything you need for everyday life. The total costs come to 885€ and include all the additional costs (heating, warm water, power, internet). To the commodious apartment belong a major room (27sm) with a high-quality and well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with washing machine and at-grate shower and an amply flor with a practical built-in-cupboard. Moreover there´s a lockable cellar with private connection to power supply and an atrium for bikes.
Die ruhige Ohmstraße ist zwischen S- und U-Bahnhof Jannowitzbrücke (S5, S7, S75, U8, 400m) und U-Bahnhof Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8, 190m) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Alexanderplatzes gelegen. Die U-Bahnstation Märkisches Museum (U2) liegt nur 550m entfernt. Die Ohmstraße ist eine kleine Einbahnstraße, in der nur wenig Verkehr herrscht. In der Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte (u.a. Kaisers, Aldi, Lidl), Bars, Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten (z.B. Alexa, 850m) und Clubs.
The Ohmstraße is a calm one-way-street. Distances to lokal transport stations: Heinrich-Heine-Straße (U8, 190m), Jannowitzbrücke (S5, S7, S75, U8, 400m) an Märkisches Museum (U2, 550m). The area belongs to Berlin-Mitte (close to Kreuzberg) and offers bars, restaurants, shops (e.g. Alexa, 850m) and famous night-clubs near by.
