This fully equipped studio apartment is the perfect place for a city break or a business trip. Located in the city centre of Berlin, only 500 meters away from the presidential palace of Bellevue, it's only one stop away from the Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and a few hundred meters from Berlin's largest park - the Tiergarten.
From the apartment, which has private parking, you reach public transport within a couple of minutes: 200 meters to the next underground stop, Hansaplatz, and 300 meters to the next S-Bahn stop, Bellevue.
The apartment is on the 6th floor with a lovely little balcony overlooking the Spree river and the lovely beginning of century architecture of the Westfälisches Viertel, a pocket of historical buildings that survived the second World War mainly untouched.
The apartment is at the intersection of two very distinct neighbourhoods: to the south you are at Bellevue presidential palace on foot, in 10 minutes walking through the huge city park of Tiergarten. Slightly south-west and you reach the Berliner Zoo on foot, and immediately past it - the Ku'damm.
Go north from the apartment and you'll enter Moabit, an incredibly lively up and coming part of the city, filled with a variety of ethnical cuisines, hip cocktail bars and more.
I live in the same building with my family and have lived in this neighbourhood for 10 years now. I'm happy to help with tips and information about anything you'd need, from great places to explore, to amazing restaurants and things to do in and around the city.
