I am looking for one person who is clean and responsible and would take good care of my space. The apartment has been renovated last year and the kitchen is also new. The location is 2 min walk to Metro station (U9) and many busses and tram.

No party people and no guests.

Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne Singlewohnung, die nachmittags sehr sonnig ist, mit großem Balkon. Schöner Blick auf den Park und ins Grüne. Ich suche eine Person, die sauber und verantwortungsbewusst ist und sich gut um meinen Raum kümmern würde. Die Wohnung ist letztes Jahr renoviert worden und die Küche ist auch neu. Die Lage ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station (U9) und viele Busse und Straßenbahn.

Keine Partygänger und keine Gäste.
