Die Wohnung hat alles nötige, ist geräumig und warm. Es gibt einen bedachten Balkon Richtung Hintehof, die Fenstern gehen in beide Richtungen dadurch kriegt die Wohnung genung Licht in der Morgen- und Abendstunden.
Da ich selbst hier Vollzeit wohne suche ich jemanden, der/die gut und liebevoll auf meine Bude während meine Abwesenheit aufpassen kann. Mietdauer kann ggf angepasst werden.
Der Mietdauer kann beim gegenseitigen Vertrauern um weitere 3 Monate verlänger werden.

The flat has all what you need, it's big, comfy and warm.
It has a Balcony on the backyard site, there are windows on both sits of the flat so it gets enogh sun in the morning anb evening hours.
Since I my self living here, I'am looking for someone who will take good care of the flat when I'll be away.
The stay can be prolonget by the other 3 mouth (up until april), in case of mutual trust,
Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch - nah von allen möglichen ÖPVS, und gleichzeitig in ziemlich ruhiger Lage.
12 min laufen von Hbf, 10 min zu der Bus Halte, 10 min vom Aldi, Penny; 10 min vom Tiergarten
The fkat is well located - it's close the the Centralstation, tiergarten, river, and many land marks, and at the same time it's in the quite, safe street.
