Ich biete meine Wohnung in Moabit für 700 € Miete (inklusive Nebenkosten) zur Zwischenmiete vom 22. November bis 21. März an. Die genauen Daten sind etwas flexibel, die Mietdauer beträgt jedoch insgesamt 4 Monate. Leider ohne Anmeldung!

Die Wohnung ist 33 qm groß, möbliert und vollständig ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich in einem Neubau mit Fußbodenheizung und Glasfaser-Internet im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug). Es gibt zwar keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, jedoch steht im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ein Waschsalon zur Verfügung.

Ich werde meine persönlichen Gegenstände aus der Wohnung entfernen, sodass ausreichend Platz für dich vorhanden ist. :)

Bei Interesse melde dich gerne mit einer kurzen Vorstellung. Besichtigungstermine möchte ich gerne in den nächsten Tagen anbieten – vor Ort oder bei Bedarf auch online!

I'm offering my apartment in Moabit for rent at €700 (including utilities) from November 22nd to March 21st. The exact dates are slightly flexible, but the rental period is for 4 months. Unfortunately without registration!

The apartment is 33 sqm, furnished, fully equipped, and located in a modern building. It includes underfloor heating and high-speed fiber internet, on the 5th floor with an elevator. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundromat on the ground floor of the building.

I will remove my personal belongings from the apartment, so there will be plenty of space for you. :)
