I’m subletting my wonderful studio for a year while I’m working outside of Berlin. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a nice dinner :)
The spacious main room is cleverly divided into two areas: a cozy sleeping space with a comfortable bed and a living/dining area with a sofa and a table for four. A curtain separates the two, giving the feel of a one-bedroom apartment while keeping the open and airy vibe of the studio. By the window, there’s a perfect spot to relax, read, or work, and you’ll have plenty of space for your personal belongings. If you’d like, I can leave the bedding and linen for you. The studio is ideal for a single person or a couple (I also shared the apartment with my partner :) ).
The bathroom is modern and has a washing machine and a shower.
The rent includes all costs (electricity, WiFi, water, heating) except for the TV charge of €18, which applies if you want to do the Anmeldung/registration (you’ll receive a letter from the administration).
The apartment is located in the wonderful Emdener Straße in Moabit, a charming and lively neighborhood with plenty of cafés and small shops. The area is very safe and offers the perfect balance between city life and nature. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beautiful Tiergarten, Berlin’s largest inner-city park, perfect for relaxing walks or outdoor activities.
Moabit also has a vibrant cultural scene – the Arminiusmarkthalle, a historic market hall with amazing food stalls and events, is just around the corner. Plus, the neighborhood has a growing arts scene, cool hidden bars, and a laid-back local vibe.
The U-Bahn station Turmstraße is nearby, and from there, you can reach Prenzlauer Berg and central Berlin in less than 15 minutes. I absolutely loved living in this neighborhood – that’s why I’m keeping the apartment and plan to come back next year! :)

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. If you’d like, I can also leave towels, sheets, and other essentials.
