Our nice, spacious and calm flat is situated in the beautiful Reuterkiez (Pflügerstraße) in Neukölln, close to the Maybachufer (just one minute to the canal) with it's cafés, fleamarkets, restaurants, boutiques... It's in the 4th floor of a typical Berlinish old fashioned building, with high ceilings. Free Wifi is available. We are not there during your rental time. You have access to the spacious and nice equipped livingroom with two stacked 90cm x 2,00m beds (easily possible to put next to each other as a big1,80 x 2,00m bed) and one 90cm x 2,00m sleeping couch, the kitchen and bathroom. Subway and busses are nearby. Welcome!
Maximum 2 Adults, plus children are welcome. No Party! It's a calm, respectful atmosphere whithin the neighbours.

Unsere schöne, geräumige und ruhige Altbauwohnung befindet sich in dem wunderbaren Reuterkiez in Neukölln, 1 Min. entfernt vom Maybachufer mit seinen Cafés, Restaurants, Flohmärkten, Boutiquen... Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock eines typischer Berlinerischen Altbauhauses, mit hohen Decken. Wifi ist vorhanden. Während deiner/eurer Mietzeit sind wir nicht da und ihr habt Zugang zu dem großen und schön eingerichteten Wohnzimmer in dem zwei 90cm x 2,00m Gästebetten (gestapelt) für euch bereit stehen (man kann sie problemlos nebeneinader stellen und so ein 1,80 x 2,00m Bett draus machen, sowie eine Schlafcouch (ebenfalls 90cm x 2,00m), Küche & Bad. U-Bahn & Busse sind 4 u.10 Min. entfernt.
Maximal 2 Erwachsene. Gerne auch mit Kind. Keine Party! In dem Haus herrscht eine ruhige, respektvolle Nachbarschaft.
