The space is a bright and spacious private room within our apartment, which comfortably sleeps 6 people. With a separate private bathroom the room is also equipped with sofas, table, chairs, fridge and kettle,cooker(hobs and oven),cooking utensils and equipment, basically a self contained ground floor apartment as it has a separate private entrance. Located in a quiet neighbourhood in the district of Neukölln, with good transport links and plenty of eateries and bars close by.A beautiful room on the ground floor of a classic Berlin altbau building. With 3.5 meter high ceilings and a very large (east facing) window, the room feels very airy and spacious. The room has its separate bathroom. Part of recently renovated ground floor apartment with exposed brick walls and wooden floors. Lots of natural light and plant life. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. A shower room with bath tub. We provide towels and bed linen. Located on a quiet street only a short walk to Hermanstrasse U/S-Bahn or Grenzallee U-bahn on the U7. There is a bakery and news agent with a 30 seconds walk. Supermarket 1 minute walk away.
