Beautiful quiet and full furnished apartment in an historic building in the popular and trendy neighborhood of Berlin-Neukölln. Close to Körnerpark, 3 min walk to the subway. It's available for temporary sublet from January 1st till end of April 2016. The place has one bed and living room, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom with a tub. The bed is 140 cm x 200cm. WIFI is available as well.
We have a typically small Berlin backyard, with a little flower garden and a large wooden table. Your bikes can be parked there as well.
(Bio-)Supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants are around and you are just a few steps away from Neukölln "Rixdorf". Hip and trendy "Kreuzkölln" is very close by which is famous for its nice clubs, restaurants and galleries.
The flat is located directly to the well tended and beautiful Körnerpark. A short walk will bring you to the spacious old airport "Tempelhofer Feld". And it's also only a few minutes to the convenient transport connections at subway station "Karl-Marx-Strasse" (U7) or S-Bahn "Neukölln" and subway station "Leinestrasse" (U8). With U7 and U8 you will be able to access all berlin-areas very easily. Also the freeway is not far away offers good and quick connections within and around Berlin via car.
It is possible to rent bikes at a bike store in the neighborhood.
The S-Bahn station "Neukölln" connects you in the best way to both airports Schönefeld and Tegel. The Bus 171 brings you directly to airport Schönefeld (SFX).
