In the period from October 1st to October 30th I will be travelling. During this time I am looking for an interim tenant to fill my cozy apartment in the heart of the Schillerkiez with life and good vibes.
In addition to a fitted kitchen that invites you to stay, cook and have friends to stay over, there is a super cozy couch on which you can end the evenings well. I use the apartment to work from home. Accordingly, there is a workstation with external monitor and fast internet connection.
the king size bed makes the place ideal for couples.
Around 7min walking distance to the historic Tempehofer Feld, which is an amazing place to do sports, go for a walk, a tour or just relax, have a beer and watch the sunset.
EDEKA ist just two minutes by walking, LIDL and REWE are not much further.
Amazing bars and restaurants can be found all over the place.
Schillerkiez is just the perfect place to stay.
The total rent for the 4 weeks is 790€. Of course you can stay shorter, but I can not go down with the price.
If you need to move in a view days earlier or move out a view days later, we will find a solution just let men know :)
