+++ It's possible that we talk about the timeframe you would like to stay here in the range of +/-1-2 days+++ It’s 400€ per week. Its 70€/ day. Total of three weeks is 1000€.
My flat is situated in a more quiet street in lovely Schillerkiez.

It's sunny and clean, with big windows a very modern bathroom and a kitchen where you can sit, chill and smoke:) besides its a non-smoker flat and I'd like to keep it that way.
I can provide you with towels, as well as Bed sheets etc. I have some extra only for guests.
There is fully cooking equipment for you to cook a nice meal for yourself and friends.
You will find everything you need here :)
Tempelhofer Feld is only up the street as well as beautiful Hasenheide. You have many grocery shopping opportunities such as turkish food markets, lidl, Aldi as well as Rewe and many more. Everything is close:)
You can reach Mitte wthin 20 minutes by train and get everywhere quite fast. To the airport it is about 45 minutes.
There are also some nice restaurants and places to go around here, sports facilities and a Späti (Kiosk) of your trust :D
I would like to ask you to pay about 70€/ night and leave a deposit of minimum 200 – We will make a contract (easy one for short term guests) as well if you are having concerns of getting your money back I can give you the contact of former guests.
As soon as we get in touch, if you are in the city, you can come by and check out my place – If you are not here we can have a video call or so.
I rented out two times before for abt 2 weeks and it worked very well.
About cleaning:
I live here more then 95% of the year and it is my home. I will clean as good as possible but it is not a hotel :) It is very clean but it is just possible to see, that someone lives here.
I chose to click the button "not wheelchair compatable" as their are two small stairs in the entrance of the house, besides in the flat I guess its a little narrow but ok. Not very well educated about these things, sorry:)
