I'll be living with my partner, so that I will rent it out for a year. The flat is in a back house, so it's really quiet here. It is equipped with almost everything you need (fully equipped kitchen,washing machine), as you'd have to get your own internet. The flat located in the vibrant hood of Neukölln in a first floor in the back of a house, facing the yard. The flat is cozy and a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the city for a bit. I'm looking for someone who is clean and responsable so no party monsters or party drug addicts please, as the neighbours are a bit fuzzy and complain about noise after 10 pm.
I would prefer to rent my flat out to a FLINTA person!
I would ask you to get your own electricity contract, so that the rent will actually be a bit cheaper, as that will be deducted from the rent. I'm paying around 40,00€ per month.
The flat is located in Neukölln right between U-Bahn Hermannstraße and U-Bahn Neukölln. The beautiful Körnerpark is three min away and a total neighbourhood gem! You have a lot of shops, banks, restaurants, cafés as well as parks, cementaries in walking distance. The Tempelhofer field is a 5 min bike ride away!
