The flat is a 39m2 Altbau with modern fittings, located on the 4th floor. The flat is located in the back courtyard and gets plenty of sun. The back courtyard is very peaceful.
The living/bedroom has a comfortable double bed, sofa, coffee table, clothes rail and sideboard (towels and sheets available if required). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It has also a table with two chairs and can be used as an office desk. The bathroom includes a shower and a heated towel rack.
The flat has gas heating.
The flat is available from December 1st until May 31st only. A longer stay might be possible.
Viewing in person or online viewing is possible.
Deposit is 500 Euro.
Utilities (gas and electricity) are calculated based on consumption. The monthly installment is 170 Euro (rather generously calculated).
The flat can be rented out to 1 person only.
WiFi is provided.

If you are looking for a central location to explore Neukölln, this area can't be beaten. There are many great bars, cafes, restaurants and markets (e.g. Turkish market, Neukölln Flowmarkt), and the canal, all within a 10-15 minute walking distance.
You also have many public transport choices nearby: 5 minutes walk to U7 Rathaus Neukölln, 10 minutes walk to U8 Boddinstrasse, and 5 minutes walk to several buses.
You can also easily cycle to other areas in Berlin.
