ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum 12.04 bis 30.04.2025
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus in einem saniertem Altbau.
Meine Wohnung ist gemütlich, hell und sehr gut geschnitten. Ich habe ein 1,60m großes Bett, einen Fernseher, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen schönen Balkon zum Hinterhof mit einer Bank :)
Die Küche ist neu, gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 2-3 Leute zum sitzen, essen & trinken :)
Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu, hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Regendusche.
Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sich im Hinterhaus befindet und zum Hof ausgerichtet ist, ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig.

The apartment is located in the rear building in a renovated old building.
My apartment is cozy, bright and has a very good layout. I have a 1.60m bed, a TV, a large desk and a nice balcony to the backyard with a bench :)
The kitchen is new, well equipped and offers space for 2-3 people to sit, eat & drink :)
The bathroom is also new, and has a washing machine and a rain shower.
Because the apartment is located in the rear building and faces the courtyard, it is very quiet despite its central location.
Nun zur Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Schillerkiez in Neukölln, einem der beliebtesten Kieze Berlins. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, schau einfach mal bei Maps nach ;) Dort kann man super spazieren gehen. Generell befinden sich im Schillerkiez auch einige Bars und Restaurants. Meine Stammbar, die Savo-Bar, ist direkt schräg gegenüber. Dort gibt es super Drinks zu chilliger Atmosphäre.
Die nächste U-Bahn-Station "Leinestraße" ist von der Haustür in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die U8 bringt euch nach Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg & Gesundbrunnen. Zur Ringbahn (Hermannstraße) ist es in die andere Richtung nur eine Station.

PS: Dies ist meine Privat-Wohnung, die ich in meiner Abwesenheit vermiete. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Ferienwohnung a la airbnb. Ich freue mich über seriöse Anfragen von netten Leuten, die in der Stadt sind wegen Job, Praktikum, Familie, etc.

about the location:
The apartment is located in the middle of the Schillerkiez in Neukölln, one of the most popular neighborhoods in Berlin. The Tempelhofer Feld is a few minutes walk away, just check Maps ;) There you can go for a super walk. Generally, there are also some bars and restaurants in the Schillerkiez. My regular bar, the Savo-Bar, is directly across the street. There you can have great drinks in a chill atmosphere.
The next subway station "Leinestraße" can be reached in 1-2 minutes from the front door. The U8 takes you to Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg & Gesundbrunnen. To the Ringbahn (Hermannstraße) it is only one stop in the other direction.
