I am renting my personal apartment in a Genossenschaft for two months while I work and study. The place is suited for a couple or a single person. There is a small bedroom with a reading lamp and sheets at your disposal. In the large living room there is a desk, a cute couch, and some nice plants that need your care. In the kitchen there is comfortable seating and all the equipment you need. The bathroom has a bathtub. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. There is no washing machine in the house unfortunately but there are washsalons nearby. I share the internet with my upstairs neighbor and it works best in the living room.
The apartment is south facing and gets sun through most of the day. It is on the ground floor, but is quite high up. The street is quiet and my neighbors are too, and you should be too.
The apartment is located 50 meters from Tempelhoferfeld, which is a popular area perfect for watching the sunset and rollerblading or jogging.
The nearest ubahn is u8 Leinestraße, and the sBahn Hermastraße is about 20 minutes away on foot. There are many buses on Hermanstraße as well.
There is a Bio Company at the end of my street, as well as a Lidl and a Bolu. On Saturdays there is an open air market on Herrfurthplatz around the corner.
If you are interested, please write a little bit about yourself and your income. I am not interested in renting my apartment to men. A pet is possible after negotiation. Please do not call me at all, and do not write me multiple times. I need all of our transactions to happen in cash. We will meet in person once and then we can exchange the deposit and first month's rent for the key. I will pass by at the end of the first month to collect the second month of rent, also in cash. I will give your deposit back at the end after inspecting the place for damages and cleanliness.
