Single Room Flat for 3 Months!!

Hello everyone!

To make this post understandable for everyone, I will write it in English, but I also speak German :)
I am subletting my beautiful single room flat for 3 months (Jan - March), as I will be travelling during that time!!
The full rent is 600 Euro. I can give you a breakdown when we meet.

The flat is a Neubau, very well isolated and it comes also with a balcony, basement, big windows, a bathtub , floor heating and some instruments (piano, electric guitar).
I also have many plants, so it would be great if you could take good care of them while I am gone :)
You also have heaps of supermarkets just around the corner.
Please also check if the address works for you before you write me a message. Its a bit more far out, but super chill and quiet. And with public transport you can reach everything quite well. It takes me 40 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz and only 30 minutes to Prenzlauer Berg. The ad

You will have everything you'll need, its fully furnished.
The deal is, please just write me a message where you introduce yourself a bit, like what you do, what your hobbies are, why you are looking for a flat, if the time frame of 3 months works for you (I will ignore the messages that don't do so) and then basically we just find a date when you can come by and take a look at the flat :))

I will actually already leave on the 22nd of December, so if you want to move in earlier you can. I wont charge extra for it :)
