ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment unter, da ich umgezogen bin und die Kündigungsfrist einhalten muss. Deshalb leider auch nur begrenzt und ohne Anmeldung.
Das Apartment ist modern, ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist voll möbliert (Geschirr, Bettwäsche etc. muss man selber haben) und hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Küchenzeile.
Rechnung der Miete:
Anteilige Miete für Dezember
225€ Kaution (bekommt ihr natürlich wieder zurück wenn ich das Apartment so hinterlasst, wie ihr es bekommen habt :))
450€ Miete für Januar
Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Müllabfuhr ist alles mit drin. Internet wäre nochmal extra, weil man das dazubuchen muss.
Das Apartment habe ich immer gut gepflegt und freue mich, wenn es weiter gut behandelt wird :)
