Hallo zusammen,
ich biete im März meine Wohnung für vier Wochen zur Untermiete an. Sie ist sehr ruhig und gut angebunden am Ring S Schönhauser Allee. Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich nicht möglich, aber meine Hausverwaltung weiß bescheid und möchten lediglich eine Kopie deines Persos haben, damit sie im Notfall wissen wer da wohnt und wie erreichbar ist. Natürlich stelle ich dir auf Wunsch auch einen Untermietvertrag aus. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 700€. Auf eine Kaution verzichte ich mal, weil ich bisher nur gute Erfahrung gemacht habe.
Soweit so gut. Freue mich auf aufschlussreiche Nachrichten.
