Short Term 1 Room Cozy Apartement Prenzlauer Berg

Hello!
I am looking to sublet my charming and cozy studio apartment from mid-April to June, as I will be travelling during this time. The move-in date can be flexibly discussed.
The apartment is located just two tram stops from Prenzlauer Allee Ringbahn station and is within walking distance of Aldi, Rewe, DM, and the nearest tram station. It comes fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, standing table, TV, microwave, oven, and a personal washing machine. The apartment also includes a monitor for use. The kitchen is equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a nice dinner.
The apartment has a loft bed creating a separate space from the chill area with a sofa underneath. The place is home to some low-maintenance indoor plants and I would greatly appreciate if you could take care of them during your stay. It's an ideal place for a single person wanting to experience life in Berlin.
I am looking for someone responsible, quiet and tidy. Please note that the monthly rent is €775 already including all bills and internet. The amount will vary depending on the exact duration of the stay, which can be discussed further. Please also note that Anmeldung is not possible. There is one neighbor and we prefer to find someone that is quiet and calm.
