1 bedroom apartment/1-Zimmer Wohnung in terrific neighborhood - From 27.02.25 until 16.03.25

Moin! I'm looking for someone to rent my flat for 2.5 weeks – ideally from 27.02.25 - 16.03.25, but dates are flexible – in the lively kiez of Prenzlauer Berg. It's a recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor of an Altbau building. The kitchen and bathroom are separate. The flat includes everything you see in the photos. There is an extra single mattress for guests behind the door. Bedding, linens, towels and everything you need for comfort and to cook is at your disposal. Btw: if you have read this far and are interested in the flat, please start your message with the word "Eiskaffee" :).

The apartment is available from 27.02.2025, though the date to move in is flexible. Internet is included. Moin! Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung für einen Monat - im Idealfall von 27.02.25 - 16.03.25, aber die Terminen sind flexibel - im gemütlichen Kiez von Prenzlauer Berg mieten möchte. Es handelt sich um eine frisch renovierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1. OG eines Altbaus. Die Küche und das Bad sind separat. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du auf den Fotos siehst. Hinter der Tür befindet sich eine zusätzliche Einzelmatratze für Gäste. Bettzeug, Handtücher und alles, was man zum Kochen und für den Wohnkomfort braucht, steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 27.02.2025 verfügbar, wobei der Einzugstermin flexibel ist. Internet ist inklusive.
