Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine ruhige und helle Altbauwohnung mit Dielen im Nordkiez des Prenzlauerbergs. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, Sessel und Schrank mit schöner Abendsonne genau passend um diese Jahreszeit. In der Küche mit Waschmaschine ist alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. W-Lan und Telefonanschluss sind auch dabei.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem Innenhof parallel der Bornholmer Straße, die S-Bahnstation ist daher 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Schönhauseralle mit S- und U-Bahnanschluss ist etwa 10 Minuten zu fuß entfernt. Insgesamt ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: von Spätis über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Essen, Klamotten etc.) bis hin zu Cafés und Bars am Arnimplatz mit traditioneller Bäckerei und direkt in der Nähe mit kleinem Wochenmarkt oder Richtung Mauerpark.
