Fully furnished & quiet 1-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW
I am Leonie, 31 and content writer for a german travel company. I am renting out my beautiful and quiet 1 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, because I am going to travel.If things go well with the person I choose, I could rent the apartment again to you for a longer period (3-4 month) from mid December!
The apartment is located in the 2nd floor, back building, in a quiet street, 2 minutes from Helmholtzplatz. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a large bed/living-room with a bed and a couch (also suitable for sleeping). There is also a balcony with a seating area, lots of plants and a view into the green court. The building is a beautiful "altbau" and the apartment very quiet!! Mostly young families and couples live in the building, so it's definitely not suitable for parties or larger get-togethers.

I am looking for preferably one person (2 could be also possible) with a steady income (preferably employed) that is clean, tidy, quiet, responsive and that likes plants (I would appreciate if my indoor plants survive the month).

Please only apply if
- you are able to pay the WHOLE time frame
- you don't bring a pet
- you don't smoke
- have a steady income
- you don't need Anmeldung
- you don't bring your own furniture
- preferably you have a liability insurance
