Meine Wohnung liegt in einem sanierten und gepflegtem Altbau mittig zwischen s Schönhauser Allee und s Bornholmer Straße. Von dort aus ist man in 20 min am Alexanderplatz und in 5 min am Gesundbrunnen. Das Viertel ist malerisch schön und ruhig, da hier hauptsächlich junge Familien wohnen. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Kiezsupermarkt und einen Block weiter ist der Arnimpkatz mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und einem Spielplatz. Auch der Mauerpark ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ich biete hier meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an, weil ich selbst über diese Tage verreist bin und weiß wie brenzlig der Wohnungsmarkt derzeit ist. Ich habe meine persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung und es wäre mir wichtig, wenn damit respektvoll umgegangen wird. Die Wohnung ist also perfekt mit allem was man zum Leben braucht ausgestattet und das absolute Highlight ist der große Balkon.
