Die Wohnung verfügt über jegliche Ausstattung, die ein Single Haushalt benötigt und daher eignet sich dies ideal für Leute, die eine mittelfristige Lösung benötigen. Der aktuelle Mietzeitraum beträgt 8,5 Monate und kann ggf. im Anschluss erneut verlängert werden. Die monatliche Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inkl. Warmwasser. Strom ist angemeldet und wird nach Verbrauch und kwh 1:1 weiterberechnet (monatlich 9€ + 0,3212/kwh). Internet ist separat vom Mieter anzumelden oder direkt per Vodafone Hotspot im Gebäude für 30€ monatlich pre-paid buchbar. Bitte hinterlasse deine Email und Telefonnummer bei der Kontaktaufnahme. Zur Lage ist noch zu erwähnen, dass sich die Wohnung zwischen Reinickendorf und Wedding befindet. Zum Prenzlauer Berg sind es von hier aus wenige Trambahnstationen bzw. 7-10 Minuten per Auto.

Ihr könnt hier alles nutzen und falls euch irgendetwas hier stört oder etwas in der Wohnung fehlen sollte, so können wir gerne darüber sprechen. Ich habe kein Problem mit Rauchern, sofern dies auf dem Balkon erfolgt :)

I am offering my apartment for sublease, as I will be living in Munich for a longer period. The apartment has all the equipment that a single household needs and is therefore ideal for people who need a medium-term solution. The current rental period is up to 8.5 months and might be extended upon agreement. The monthly rent includes all utilities including hot water. Electricity is registered and will be charged 1:1 based on consumption and kWh (monthly €9 + 0.3212/kwh). Internet must be registered separately by the tenant or you can use Vodafone hotspot that is available in this bulding for 30€ prepaid per month. You can use everything here and if anything is bothering you or something is missing in the apartment, we can talk about it. I have no problem with smokers if this is done on the balcony :)
