I am renting out my fully furnished/fully equipped studio apartment for Christmass/New Year vacation two weeks (550€ total). It is ideally suited for one person or a couple.

The apartment is cozy and plant-filled. It features a double bed in the main room, ample natural light from large windows, and extra lighting for a warm ambiance.
Size & Layout: A bright 50 sqm studio with a large main room, double bed, spacious bathroom, large kitchen, and a practical corridor.
Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven, ceramic stoves, boiler, essential cookware, and a washing machine. Enjoy fast 250/50 Mbps internet and access to secure backyard bicycle storage.
Rental Terms: utility expenses included (internet, water, electricity etc). A €400 security deposit is required, refundable upon inspection.

Smoking is permitted in the kitchen with open windows.
For couples, there is an additional fee of 50€. This is to cover the extra expenses that come with increased occupancy, such as higher electricity consumption, water usage, and heating costs.
While we love animals, we prefer no pets to maintain the apartment's condition.
While you live in the apartment, please take care of the plants, watering them every 3-4 days (apart from the aloe veras).
You will take the apartment clean and tidy. Please deliver it clean and tidy. Otherwise, a fee of 50 euros will be subtracted from the deposit for professional cleaning.
We have a perfect relationship with my neighbours, and I would really like to keep that. No parties or loud music, please.
