The flat on offer is soon to be completely renovated. The work will probably start in the summer. Therefore initially only for 3 months, but it may well take a few more months.

Der Blick aus dem großen Fenster ist sehr schön und niemand kann von der Gegenseite reinschauen. Der Nollendorfplatz mit drei U-Bahnlinien und diversen Buslinien ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt diverse Supermärkte (REWE/Edeka) und Geschäfte (dm) in direkter Umgebung. Der Winterfeldmarkt ist ca. 350 m entfernt.
The house is located in a street that is closed to through traffic, directly opposite the Apostelkirche. The view from the large window is very nice and nobody can look in from the other side. Nollendorfplatz with three underground lines and various bus routes is a 2-minute walk away. There are various supermarkets (REWE/Edeka) and shops (dm) in the immediate vicinity. The Winterfeldmarkt is approx. 350 metres away.
