Es handelt sich um ein Wohnstudio, das nur für die angegebene Zeit vermietet wird. Der Mietzeitraum ist flexibel.
Das Appartment liegt im EG, im Hinterhof eines Altbauwohnhauses. Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet. An warmen Sommertagen bietet sie einen angenehm kühlen Rückzugsort.
Eine zweite Etage dient als Schlafraum. Ein weiteres Schlafsofa ist vorhanden. Paare sind willkommen.
In der Küche steht ein grosser Kühlschrank sowie ein Gasherd mit Ofen. Wasserkocher und mehrere Mixer stehen ebenfalls zu Verfügung. Alles ist bereits vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl etc.)
Das Badezimmer ist relativ gross und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Sämtliche Pflanzen sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
I am renting my cosy and clean appartment for a short period of time while I am away. The appartment is fully furnished and free to visit. Its a compact and very comfortable appartment with a loft bed.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, weil sehr zentral: 5 min Fussweg bis zu U2 Bülowstr., U7, S1, S2 Yorckstrasse und Kleistpark sowie weitere Bushaltestellen. Zu U1 ist es 10min weit weg. Potsdamer Platz und Kudamm sind unweit, zudem liegt die Wohnung direkt neben dem schönen Gleisdreieckpark. Sehr gut zum Joggen und andere Aktivitäten. Alle Berliner Zentren, wie Alexander Platz, Zoologischer Garten, Hauptbahnhof und weitere, sind nur 20 bis max 30 min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
1 min weiter findest du Supermärkte Lidl, Rewe, Edeka und sämtliche Restaurants sowie Cafe-Bars.
It is very well situated on Yorckstrasse, 5min away from bus stations, from the U2 Bülowstrasse, from U1 Kürfüstenstrasse. Several centres like Potsdamer Platz, Zoologischer Garten and Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg and Neukölln are just 20min away.
Im Haus ist ein Waschcenter mit Trocknern.
The washsalon is in the same house but has to be payed extra.
Supermarkts and restaurants are 5min away.
