Apartment Swap Berlin-London from September (1 year - possibly longer, Anmeldung possible)

Starting in September 2024, I will begin my Master's program at the Architectural Association in London and am looking for a centrally located apartment or room in London.

In exchange, I offer my excellently located apartment in Berlin Steglitz. The one-room apartment is 45 sqm, only 3 minutes from the train station, and offers quick connections: In 15 minutes, you can reach Zoo Station, and the FU is 5 minutes away by bike or public transport. The Schlosstraße with numerous shops and excellent restaurants, as well as the Botanical Garden, are also nearby.

The apartment features a beautiful southwest-facing balcony, a new kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, parquet flooring, and designer furniture from USM and Cassina.

Wohnungstausch Berlin - London: Zentral Wohnen in Beiden Metropolen

Ab September 2024 beginne ich mein Masterstudium an der Architectural Association in London und suche eine zentral gelegene Wohnung oder ein Zimmer in London.

Im Gegenzug biete ich meine hervorragend gelegene Wohnung in Berlin Steglitz zum Tausch an. Die Einzimmerwohnung ist 45 qm groß, nur 3 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und bietet eine schnelle Anbindung: In 15 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof Zoo, die FU ist 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt.
