I am looking for one person to take over my contract for a cozy studio/one-room apartment, located in the Neue Tempelhof area. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (bathroom and kitchenette) as seen in the pictures, with the exception of the office chair. Registration/Anmeldung is possible.

Location: Neue Tempelhof, with access to S-bahn (8-10 min to the Südkreuz station), U-bahn (10-15 min to U-Paraderstr.), and multiple buses (from 5-10 minutes away); more than one Edeka, Lidl and Aldi are nearby

Monthly Rent: €750 (including utilities)

Deposit: three monthly rents (€2.250)

Availability from: 01.04.2025

Lease Term: a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for renters interested in staying even longer

Please write me a short introduction of yourself (including profession). We are looking for someone non-smoking and tidy, who’d like to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Pets are not allowed. If interested, you should be able to provide: 1) Passport/identity document, 2) Proof of employer and salary/proof of stable income, 3) Registration of current residence, 4) Proof of liability insurance.
