A shared apartment near S Schöneweide available for WG at the moment but could be considered for long term as well. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen and another room (which acts as bedroom). So technically this is a co-living situation and the whole apartment could be shared together

The apartment is close to several public transport options and the neighbourhood Neukoln can be reached in 20 mins. Alexanderplatz can be reached in 30 minutes
Train - S Schoneweide is reachable in 10mins by foot. The trains S9, S8, S85, S46 and RE pass through
Bus - Lines M11, M17, 265 are reachble in 2 mins by foot
Ideally looking for a non-partying flatmate. We will have plenty of space in the apartment to use. I work from the office majorily so you will have the apartment to yourself during the daytime on most working days. On weekends, I stay indoors or go out depending.
Some of the general expectations are:
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We have smoke detectors enabled
2. We can work out a schedule for the cleaning and the operations
3. I cook often in the apartment as I am trying to be health-conscious. There will not be any problem if you want to cook
4. If you are looking for only a functional flatmate, it could also be arranged based on discussion
