1-month interim rental - 1-room apartment with balcony

The apartment is fully furnished, in a calm neighborhood, and on the ground floor of a gated complex. It is newly renovated and I am the first person to live there, so it is still in great condition and neat and clean. The apartment comes with a balcony if you wish to enjoy spring weather and a massive 80-inch TV for some home entertainment.

- 200 m away from Treptower Park S-bahn
- We will sign a rental contract
- No parties, no pets, no registration, and no smoking inside the apartment
- Positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) ( apply now ) is required
- Dates are a bit flexible
- 975 EUR warm rent for the whole period. This is the same rent as mine.
- Deposit 975 EUR (1 month warm rent)
- Apartment viewing is possible (both offline and online)

Unfortunately, registration will not be possible since it is a short-term sublet.
