Estoy sublevando un apartamento de una habitación para 900€ a partir del 1 de Juli 2025 hasta finales de Sep 2025

Algunas informaciones sobre el apartamento:
El apartamento tiene 35 m2 y consta de un pequeño pasillo, un baño con bañera y lavadora, una pequeña cocina separada y el salón con la cama. También hay un bonito balcón. El apartamento está situado en el sur de la ciudad. Si te gusta caminar o correr, es muy agradable que estés en los campos dentro de un kilómetro. Pero debido a que la estación de metro Wutzkyalle está a sólo 4 minutos de distancia, usted entra en la ciudad bastante rápido. El apartamento está en el cuarto piso (con ascensor) y también hay supermercados y un mercado semanal de agricultores en la estación de metro. Está totalmente amueblada y la cocina también está equipada. El alquiler 900€ incluye todo (electricidad, internet, etc.), pero el registro no es posible.

Y sobre mí:
Tengo 32 años y trabajo en Berlín como ingeniero civil, así que estoy en la ciudad regularmente.

i am subletting a one-bedroom apartment for 900€ starting from 1st Juli 2025 until the end of Sep 2025

Some info about the apartment:
The apartment has 35 m2 and consists of a small hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a small separated kitchen and the living room with the bed. There is also a nice balcony. The apartment is located in the south of the city. If you like walking or jogging, it is very nice that you are in the fields within a kilometer. But because the subway station Wutzkyalle is only 4 minutes away, you get into the city quite quickly. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and there are also supermarkets and a weekly farmer's market at the subway station. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is also equipped. The rent 900€ include everything (electricity, internet, etc.), but registration is unfortunately not possible.

And about me:
I am 32 and work in Berlin as a civil engineer, so I am in the city regularly.
