Befristete teilmöblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Dielenboden am Leopoldplatz

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Leopoldplatz, aber im Hinterhof gelegen, das heißt man bekommt vom Verkehr und Trubel fast nichts mit. Man kann auch nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen, ohne zu viel Lärm ausgesetzt zu sein.
Trotzdem ist man in 3 Minuten am Bahnsteig, wo man direkt Zugang zu U6 und U9 hat - mit der U6 ist man schnell in Mitte und Kreuzberg, mit der U9 in Moabit und Steglitz - die Anbindung ist also sehr gut!

The apartment is located right by Leopoldplatz, but it's situated in the back building, which means you'll hardly be affected by traffic and bustling city life. You can even sleep with the windows open at night without being exposed to excessive noise.
Nevertheless, you can reach the subway platform in just 3 minutes, providing direct access to the U6 and U9 lines. With the U6, you can quickly reach Mitte and Kreuzberg, and with the U9, you can get to Moabit and Steglitz. So, the transportation connections are excellent!

Ich bin Sophie und bin nicht die Mieterin oder Besitzerin, sondern wäre eure zukünftige Nachbarin. Ich bin mit meinem Nachbarn gut befreundet und übernehme die Suche nach einem*r Nachmieter*in für ihn, kann dafür mit auswählen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der*die ordentlich mit der Wohnung umgeht, aber auch nach Möglichkeit jemanden, der Interesse an Kontakt / einer guten nachbarschaftlichen Beziehung hat. Je nachdem, wie es dann passt, würde ich mich freuen jemanden zu finden, der*die nicht nur mal die Pflanzen gießen kann oder mit einer Bohrmaschine aushelfen kann, sondern vielleicht auch Lust hat, mal gemeinsam zu kochen / ein Wein zu trinken.
