Gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Wedding

- The rent is from 1/11/24-31/3/25. There could be a possibility to extend the period, which will be known in early January. Shorter periods are not possible.
- The price is 615€ + 40€ for the internet.
- The flat is for non-smokers
- No pets (I can't have them on the contract)
- Impossible to register (Anmeldung)
- All the rest, very much possible :)

Basic info about the flat:
A beautiful 40m² studio in Wedding: high ceilings, a beautiful wooden floor, sound system, comfy kitchen and a bathtub are all included. The flat is divided into two rooms: a spacious bathroom and a large studio space with a kitchen, a living area, a working corner and a gallery bed.

The apartment was my home for the last 3 years and can say only positive things about it! It is very well located, just 3 minute walk to U8 and 10min to Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen) and 10min to U9 (Osloer str.). You have different grocery stores in 5-7min walk Rewe, Lidl and Turkish grocery chains. Also there is Bio-Company on Gesundbrunnen which works on Sundays too. The apartment is quite spacious and you can make yourself very comfortable in there :) If you have read up to this point please also write in the text your favorite colour. The neighborhood is also quite calm and friendly.

Important Note: The studio belongs to Renen, who currently lives in Bremen. He might return at the beginning of April, so all communication after you move in will be with him. It’s really important to us that you keep the apartment clean, fresh, and full of good energy! Also, just a quick heads-up given the global situation: Renen is from Israel, so if that’s something that makes you uncomfortable, feel free to skip this post.
