ich suche einen Zwischen-,bzw Nachmieter für meine geräumige Altbauwohnung am U-Bahnhof Seestrasse.
Da ich aufgrund der Mindestmietdauer erst ab dem 1. September aus dem Mietvertrag rauskomme wäre es vorher wohl eine halboffizielle Sache.
das Wohnzimmer ist ca 18 qm, die Küche ist ca 12 qm-also sehr groß und damit partytauglich! es fühlt sich an wie eine 2Zimmerwohnung.
gegen eine kleine Abstandszahlung würde ich die Arbeitsplatteneinbauten in der Küche sowie meinen Kühlschrank(ohne Gefrierer) abgeben. Gasherd und Spüle gehören fest zur Wohnung.
Auch ein Schlafsofa und/oder eine Matratze wären günstig dazuzuhaben.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus auf ebener Erde mit sehr großen Fenstern zum Innenhof.
