Mi contrato está terminando el 30 de abril, así que estoy buscando un nuevo lugar / habitación a partir del 30 de abril ASAP mañana o 1 de mayo:((((((((()

Estoy buscando un estudio y si no es posible un apartamento compartido pero tengo que decir que es una pesadilla real: o es demasiado pequeño, o es demasiado caro... En resumen, siempre hay algo problemático y estoy empezando a ser desesperado

Estoy buscando un apartamento compartido donde puedo sentirme en casa, con compañeros de piso con los que puedo compartir momentos de convivencia. Idealmente, podríamos cocinar juntos de vez en cuando, salir a tomar una copa, hacer deportes, ver una película o jugar juegos de mesa !

Unas palabras sobre mí : Soy bastante deportivo, me encanta el voleibol 🏐, surfing 🌊 🌊 ,hiking y también corro 🏃ночregularmente :) Estoy haciendo una maestría en derecho empresarial, especializada en derecho de propiedad digital e intelectual y paso mucho tiempo trabajando en mi Masterarbeit.

Me gusta salir, conocer gente nueva y viajar así como leer tranquilamente en mi habitación y tener un momento de tiempo.

Avísame si estás interesado en mi presentación (o si no, no te preocupes, soy muy abierto y honesto) y piensa que podría ser un partido!

Me llevo bien con todos, pero me gustaría, si es posible, que mis compañeros de habitación tengan entre 20 y 35 años más (me sentiré más cómoda con la gente de mi edad).

My contract is ending April 30 so I’m looking for a new place / room starting April 30 ASAP tomorrow or May 1 :(((

I'm looking for a studio and if not possible a flat-share but I have to say that it's a real nightmare : either it's too tiny, or it's overpriced… In short, there's always something problematic and I am starting to be desesperate 🥲

I'm looking for a flat-share where I can feel at home, with flatmates with whom I can share convivial moments. Ideally, we could cook together from time to time, go out for a drink, do sports, watch a movie or play board games !

A few words about me : I'm quite sporty, I love volleyball 🏐, surfing 🌊 ,hiking 🏔️and I also run 🏃🏻‍♀️regularly :) I'm doing a master's degree in business law, specializing in digital and intellectual property law and I spend a lot of time working on my Masterarbeit.

I enjoy going out, meeting new people and traveling as well as reading quietly in my room and have a me time moment.
