Da ich verreise, biete ich meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Größe: die Wohnung hat 34qm und neben Küche, Diele und Bad ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Das Hochbett macht die Wohnung deutlich geräumiger.
Möblierung: die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und eingerichtet, vom Besteck bis zum Staubsaugerroboter ist alles da was du brauchst. Alles was hier ist, darf auch genutzt werden. Meine Klamotten ziehen für die Zeit um, damit du dich gut einrichten kannst.

Since I will be traveling, I am offering my apartment for sublet.
Size: the apartment is 34qm and has a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and large living and bedroom. The loft bed makes the apartment feel quite spacious.
Furnishing: the apartment is fully furnished and equipped; everything you need, from cutlery to a vacuum robot, is available. You are welcome to use everything that is here. I will move my clothes out for the duration so that you can settle in comfortably.
Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus (2. OG) mitten im lebendigen Schillerkiez direkt zwischen Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld; 2 Minuten von der U8 Haltestelle Boddinstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars gibt es hier en masse.

Location: The apartment is located in the quiet rear building (2nd floor) in the lively Schillerkiez area, right between Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld; 2 minutes from the U8 Boddinstraße subway station. There are plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the area.
Mietpreis: die Miete beträgt 750 Euro inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Verfügbarkeit: die Wohnung ist vom 01. Juni bis zum 15. August frei. Bin da aber flexibel, schreib mir gern einfach.
Kaution: Ich hätte gern eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 Euro.
Es wäre super, wenn du ein bisschen nach meinen Pflanzen schauen könntest und ca. 1 Mal die Woche den Briefkasten für mich leeren könntest.
