Offering my 1-Room apartment for a permanent sublease. Its fully furnished and comes equipped with new Washing machine and Fridge. Fast W-Lan and all other side costs included.

Changes in the Apartment can be agreed on and some self-realization possible but the furniture can't be removed. The pictures are not a 100% up to date but its more or less the situation. There is a bigger carpet meanwhile etc...

The lease is a sub lease agreement. We will make a Sublease- contract and you can do your registration as well. 6 Weeks notice in case you wish to move.

I won't be able to live in the apartment myself for a longer period and we can set up a minimum agreed on period for your convenience. Minimum stay 1 Year.

The yard is meanwhile used for some gardening and neighbor chats. Its nice surroundings anyways and nice neighbors. There is the chance of having a few plants by yourself or on the outer window shelfs. Parties are not a good idea as there is a elderly couple living right above.

"Anmeldung" (Registration) possible for one person. Also I want to particularly emphasize its a 1- Person apartment. Im looking for 1 Person only (!)

I'd very much appreciate a meeting in person (single viewing) to get to know each other a little and giving the opportunity to talk about details. For a faster Preselection tell me a little about you and your job situation, A picture is appreciated as well but not a must.
