Hey! Du suchst ein temporäres Zuhause in Berlin im November? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich vermiete meine schöne sanierte 50qm Altbau-Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 13. - 27. November.
Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und ist ca. 20qm groß. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sowie auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein Sofa mit integrierter Matratze, was sehr beqem und wie ein richtiges Bett ist, also keine Schlafcouch :)
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Are you looking for a temporary home in Berlin in November? Then feel free to reach out! I'm renting out my beautiful renovated 50sqm apartment from November 13 - 27th. (Also available in October, please see here: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/10695586.html)
The bedroom/living room has a balcony and is about 20sqm. Overall, the room as well as the whole apartment is very quiet. There is a sofa with an integrated mattress, which is very comfortable and like a real bed, not a sofa bed :)
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß braucht man nur zwei Minuten zur Tram M10 Straßmannstr. Ein Rewe und der Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet sich in direkter Umgebung.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street. The public transport connection is very good. On foot, you need only two minutes to the M10 Straßmannstr. A Rewe supermarket and the Volkspark Friedrichshain are very close by.
Die Miete pro Woche beträgt 550€ und die Kaution 500€, letztere bekommst du zurück, wenn nichts beschädigt ist.
Die Internet Geschwindigkeit ist 50 Mbit/s. Bitte keine Tiere.
