The flat is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment you need for living.
Kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, bed, sofa, table etc.
*Items seen on the tables on the photo will be removed when you move in*

Others:
The flat is only to be rented to 1 single person.
No pets, no couples, no smoking, no ameldung.
You will live in the flat alone, there are no room mates / this is not a WG.
