Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Wedding unter, da ich spontan doch noch länger durch Asien reisen werde.
Meine Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht, von Reinigungsgeräten über Geschirr, Handtücher, Bücher, die du in der Zeit, die du in meiner Wohnung verbringst, lesen kannst, eine Waschmaschine, einen TV und sogar einen Homeoffice-Bereich mit zweitem Bildschirm, den du während deiner Zeit hier ebenfalls nutzen kannst.
Ich würde meine Wohnung gern an eine vertrauenswürdige, ordentliche sowie zuverlässige Person vermieten.

I'm subletting my 1-room flat in beautiful Wedding, as I'm spontaneously travelling through Asia for one more month.
This apartment is also available during Christmas & NYE!
My flat has everything you need, from cleaning equipment to crockery, towels, books that you can read during the time you spend in my flat, a washing machine, a TV and even a home office area with a second screen that you can also use during your time here.
I would like to rent my flat to a trustworthy, tidy and reliable person.

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe vom Leopoldplatzw entfernt, man hat in alle möglichen Richtungen eine Top-Anbindung (U6 & U9, Ringbahn vom S-Bahnhof Wedding eine Haltestelle mit der U6 bzw. 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt, 10 Min vom Haus zur Tram Richtung Warschauer Straße).
Spätis sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es quasi um die Ecke, ebenso wie Bäckereien, Shoppingmöglichkeiten (wie H&M und co.) sowie zahlreiche Ärzte und Apotheken. Auch ein Kino ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, für alle Kinoliebhaber. Wer lieber lesen will, hat es in 350m zur Schiller-Bibliothek geschafft :-)
The flat is located close to Leopoldplatz, with excellent connections in all possible directions (U6 & U9, Ringbahn from Wedding S-Bahn station one stop on the U6 or a 15-minute walk away, 10 minutes from the building to the tram in the direction of Warschauer Straße).
There are spätis and shopping facilities practically around the corner, as well as bakeries, shopping facilities (such as H&M and co.) and numerous doctors and pharmacies. There is also a cinema within a 10-minute walk for all cinema lovers. If you prefer to read, the Schiller Library is just 350 metres away :-)
