Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne, helle und ruhige Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon für 2 Monate von Anfang November 2024 (vsl. 01./02.11.2024) bis 03.01.2025. Die Miete für pro Monat beträgt 1000 EUR (inkl. Strom, Internet, Heizung, TV, etc.). Für die Wohnung ist eine Kaution iHv 500 EUR zu hinterlegen.
Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze sowie einen Fahrradraum, Innenhof und Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, hat einen Fernseher sowie Internet, Fußbodenheizung und verfügt über eine Badewanne (mehr Details siehe unten). Ich vermiete nur an Personen, die Sauberkeit schätzen und leben und pfleglich mit den Sachen umgehen. Wenn das nach dir klingt, melde dich gerne.

I am renting out my beautiful, bright and quiet apartment with a sunny balcony for 2 months beginning of November (approx. 01.11./02.11.. The rent per month is 1200 EUR (incl. electricity, internet, heating, TV, etc.). A deposit of 500 EUR is required for the apartment.
The house has parking spaces as well as a bicycle room, inner courtyard and elevator. The apartment is fully equipped, has a TV, internet, florr heating and a bathtub (see below for more details). Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in Berlin Mitte in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In nur 5 min Fußweg erreicht man entweder den U-bahnhof Stadtmitte (U2) oder Kochstraße (U6) sowie mehrere Buslinien (M29, 200, etc.) Mehrere Cafés und Restaurants und Bars (Weinbars, Bellboy), etc. sowie Fitness (Bodystreet, Fitness First, Ride Berlin) sind in direkter fußläufiger Entfernung. Einkaufen kann man u.a. bei Lidl, Rossmann, Bioladen, DM oder Rewe uvm. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie zB Bäcker, Bankautomat, Post sind ganz nah. Parkplätze (mit Ticket) sind direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar.
Die Friedrichstraße und Checkpoint Charlie sind direkt ums Eck.

The apartment is perfectly located iin Berlin Mitte in an apartment building in a quiet side street. In only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach either the subway station Stadtmitte (U2) or Kochstraße (U6) as well as several bus lines (M29, 200, etc.) Several cafes and restaurants and bars (wine bars, Bellboy), etc. as well as fitness (Bodystreet, Fitness First, Ride Berlin) are within walking distance. You can shop at Lidl, Rossmann, Bioladen, DM or Rewe and many more. All stores for daily needs such as bakery, ATM and post office are very close. Parking spaces (with ticket) are available directly in front of the house. Famous Friedrichstraße and Checkpoint Charlie are just around the corner.
Am besten kurze Message über die App oder per Whatsapp senden und ich versuche so schnell wie möglich zu antworten. Besichtigungen können am besten abends oder auch online stattfinden. Für die Wohnung ist eine Kaution iHv 500 EUR zu hinterlegen. Ich freue mich, dich kennenzulernen.
