Independent Apartment in Rixdork, Neukoln

Renting a cozy one-room apartment, very suited to a single person or a couple. The flat is fully furnished with wifi, one can simply move. It is very well located. Bang in the middle of one of the smartest districts of Berlin. The house is situated a minute away from Richardplatz and Böhmische Platz, the two most charming squares of Berlin. U and S Bahn Sonneenallee, Neukoln, and Karl Marx Str are all about 6 to 8 mins away. These are great places to stroll, take your tea, have breakfast, or a book to read. The whole area is teeming with eccentrically run bars, personalized cafes, book shops, and many green spaces.

It also offers great walks to the canal, the wilds of Treptow park, Plänterwald, and the rest of Neukoln can be accessed on foot too. Rixdorf, additionally, is less congested and retains a local neighborhood flavour. Karl Marx Str has many reasonably priced restaurants and many supermarkets.

The flat is in the Hinterhof, therefore very quiet and private. In summer, it is surprisingly sunny, in winter it is not too dark.

I am happy to give it to someone who will take care of the flat while I am away and use it as their own. It is rented from 22nd July until 31st September for about two months and a week.
