It is a beautiful old building apartment with characteristic wooden floor! Since it is located in the back building, it is very quiet and there is no street noise.
The apartment has a kitchen which is fully equipped with: Refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven and stove, pots and dishes, and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in großartiger Lage, die Straße bietet viele Restaurants und Bars und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die U-Bahn / Tram Eberswalderstr. ist fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen, und auch die Ringbahn ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
