I offer 1 cosy guest room of 11 qm, a spacy kitchen and a bathroom for maximum 2 people (suitable for a couple as the matrass is only 140cm x 200cm big). in the corridor you have additional space to leave your luggage, jackets etc.
In total you would use 35 qm by yourself, so that full privacy is provided.

in total 450 euros for 1 Week, all costs are included.
the caution should be paid in advance, as well.

The rental pay includes :
Internet
a hair dryer
wash machine
gas oven
a waterboiler/kettle
Bed sheets
toilet paper
shampoo/hand soap.
a lot of tea !and herbs for cooking !
(the coffee machine is defect).

Though the flat is situated very central in a vibrant area of berlin, the neighbourhood is calm.
The apartment is very clean. Therefore shoes in the flat should be taken out.
People who appreciate my space, my plants are appreciated. Party people and further visitors are not accepted, unfortunately.

I do speak French and German, as well.

An apointment with you on Monday 23th September for surrendering the keys/sum of the rent and caution is preferred. Of course your would get a the receipt of the amount that you paid and the keys.
The caution is payable after my return early october and after satisfactory return of the space, .
