Sublet 1 to 3 months - Full Cosy and Modern Flat in the "Ring" (Center)

I am a teacher who is going to an international german school in brazil for a 3 month project abroad.

In this time I'm hoping to find a reliable, nice sublet who enjoys to stay in my beautiful place and city.

Please decribe yourself a little bit to me, tell me what you like to do, why you are in Berlin, why you need to sublet etc.

The flat: The flat has very modern and very expensive furniture. The whole flat was restaurated by me and a lot of things have been optimized and changed for the better. It has a very big nice balcony with an amazing view. The floor is very nice expensive vinyl floor. The area is very calm yet very central.

The location: The flat is located in a perfect position. It is 2 minutes from one tram station and 5 minutes from another. One tram station leads you direct to the inner city and the main train station and the other through Friedrichshain. Also 8 min walk from the house there is the circle line that basically goes through the whole city.
