My wife and I are subletting a fully furnished (entire) apartment in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) from October 1 onwards to ONE person. You can also move in earlier.
The minimum duration is three months. Ideally the contract would go for six months or even longer.
Its an Altbau-apartment with high ceilings on the 2nd floor. It has got two large windows and gets sunlight throughout the day.

Important for me is that the candidate places importance on hygiene, isn‘t disturbing the neighbours by being too loud and noisy.
