My wife and I are subletting a fully furnished (entire) apartment in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) from October 1
onwards to one person.

You can also move in a few days earlier.

The minimum duration is three months. Ideally the contract can go longer. We can adjust for individual duration depending on your wish.

Its an Altbau-apartment with high ceilings on the 2nd floor. It has got two large windows and gets sunlight throughout the day.

About the apartment:

- Electricity, gas, internet is all included, no extra fees

- high-quality, fully equipped built-in kitchen with gas stove, oven, fridge

- washing machine from Bosch (ultra-quiet mode)

- water filter system for drinking water (seperate water tap)

- big sofa that turns into a bed with storage space beneath

- Big Loft bed with a comfy big mattress

- Samsung Smart TV

- Wardrobe with clothes hangers

The monthly rent is 900€ including everything such as gas, electricity, internet. No other fees!

Security deposit is one month rent (900€).

As mentioned in the introduction, duration can be agreed upon individually.

Important for us is that the candidate places importance on hygiene: - no pets / no loud parties
