Biete hier meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon für 3 Wochen zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer, kleines Bad und gemütliche Küche, die ich auch als Arbeitszimmer nutze. Da sie im Hinterhaus liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig, aber durch die Lage im 3. OG trotzdem hell. Das Highlight ist der kleine Balkon, auf dem morgens in der Sonne gefrühstückt werden kann.

I am subletting my beautiful 1-room apartment with balcony for 3 weeks. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
The apartment has a large room, small bathroom and cozy kitchen, which I also use as an office room. As it is in the rear building, it is very quiet, but still bright due to its location on the 3rd floor. The highlight is the small balcony where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Tempelhof zwischen U-Bahn-Station Westphalweg und S-Bahn Attilastraße. Zwei Buslinien halten direkt vor der Tür, S- und U-Bahn sind in 10-12 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the Tempelhof district between Westphalweg subway station and Attilastraße S-Bahn station. Two bus lines stop right outside the door, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are within 10-12 minutes walking distance
