Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich vom 01.11.2024 – 31.01.2025 zu vermieten. (Ggf. kann die Wohnung um einen weiteren Monat verlängert werden )
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Große Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten + Sitzbereich/Arbeitsbereich + Waschmaschine. Bett, Couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office möglich. Großes Bad mit Badewanne. Alle Räume mit Fenster.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Keine Partys! Nur an Einzelpersonen zu vermieten.
Persönliche Besichtigung, ggf. / online Besichtigung mit Video Call
Die Kaution 1500€ und die Miete ( erster Monat) von 850€ pro Monat (All in) sind im Voraus zu entrichten.
Die Kaution wird am letzten Tag sofort zurückerstattet! Bilder von Flur/ Küche / Bad schicke ich gerne bei Anfragen.

I am offering my entire, fully and very nice furnished flat for short-term rent as I am traveling for a few months in winter.
The flat is exclusively for rent from 01.11.2024 - 31.01.2025. (possibility of extension for another month/ or a little shorter).
The flat is fully equipped. Large kitchen with all electrical appliances + sitting area/work area + washing machine. Bed, couch, TV, W-LAN. Home office possible. large bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have a window.

Registration is not possible. No parties! Only for one person.
Personal viewing, if necessary / online viewing with video call
The deposit of 1500€ and the rent of 850€ per month (all in).
The deposit and first rent have to be paid in advance.I will be happy to send pictures of the hallway/kitchen/bathroom on request.
